DMR India produces mini washing machines, shoes washing machines, and dryers. The product is consumer-centric, and is useful throughout the country, across age groups and income slabs. It was observed that in the offline market, customers are more comfortable in asking questions, getting answers in their mother tongues. In the ‘English only’ website a large customer segment was not served.
The client thought that translation of the website would be cumbersome, time-consuming and costly. They did not want the cheap machine translated site either.
Solution
TranslationPanacea took up the entire responsibility of website localisation. The client gave us only the url. We extracted the text, got it translated, formatted the pages as per the original English pages.
The result was that the client got Website duly translated, formatted in 3 Indian languages. The pages looked exactly the same as English pages. There was no hassle for their web developer. It took only 30 seconds of his time to paste a link that we shared. That’s all for extra work!
